While your Buell's OEM final belt drive provides many advantages on the street, the versatility of a chain drive is a must for the track. The ability to change final drive gear ratios gives you the flexibility to increase top speed or improve acceleration. Each track has different needs and a chain drive will give you the ability to adjust accordingly.

This completely bolt-on chain drive conversion kit from GrandStand Designs comes with everything you will need to make the change from belt to chain. A one-of-a-kind, U.S. patent pending eccentric tensioning system allows fitment of several different sized rear sprockets without having to cut and weld the swing arm or tamper with the rear braking system in any way. This system also maintains the stock 52" wheelbase regardless of which rear sprocket is being used. The kit comes with 3 rear sprockets (48-47-46 tooth) and two front sprockets (21-20 tooth). These five sprockets allow the avid racer to meet the demands of small tracks like Summit Point's Shenandoah Circuit to the high speed raceways like Daytona International. The kit also includes an eccentric idler assembly, a D.I.D. Professional x-ring link chain, plastic chain guide and all hardware.

This kit will fit any XB model from 2003 to the present.
